Install the rudder cables and route through the tubing to the back. Prepare the D bulkheads for mounting in tail. Assembe the pullies to the brackets and position on the bulkheads Drill mountinig holes. Clean the top layer of fiberglass and foam out. Fill with flox and structural epoxy to strengthen the holes.
