Since the air intake ducts were too short from the factory it was neccesary to cut them, align them, and then glass the halves back together. I made a foam plug and covered in duct tape and packing tape to get a smooth surface on the inside. Then layed up BID and structural adhesive around it. We'll cover it with micro balloons to smooth out for painting.
