Drilled all holes in the canopy to #27. Deburred the holes and scraped/sanded the edges. Deburred the holes and did the countersinks in the frontbow with the 120/#27 machine countersink. "Broke" the edges of the turttle deck skins and the canopy skirts. Opened up the holes in the aft window to 5/32"/4mm. When installing I started at the top of the rollbar and then pressed the edges aft. The window was lying flat now instead of the bulges I had during an earlier install. I will take the window out before painting.
