Drilled and flutted and riveted the FWD and AFT attach angles. Installed the gas struts. Placed the align blocks Placed the canopy and taped the edges that needed trimming. Trimmed the edges with a Dremel sanding drum and 60 grit sandpaper; 1/8" needed be trimmed from the forward edge and from the forward sides. Drilled the #30 holes in the frontbow and the canopy frame. Instead of predrilling the frontbow with a #40 drill I drilled the bow and canopy at once with a #30 drill. Match drilled the canopy skirts (initially with a #40 drill) to the frame and the canopy.
Temporarily installed the canopy latch. While sitting inside I closed the latch but then I discovered that I was not able to open the latch anymore and my mobile was on the desk.... After 10 minutes I managed to open the latch. The C-1205 latch block need some trimming ;-)
