Page 21-17 rev1 calls for MK1000-4 nutplates. They look like MK1000-428 nutplates. Guess it's a typo. Informed Van's ->update; MK1000-428 is correct. Page 21-19 step 4; Used a piece of safety wire to pull the nutplates into position before riveting.
