Received the new VS-1203 spar from Van's. After page 06-03 step 7 I skipped the next step initially. I first countersunk the #40 holes with the sparcaps still in place. Countersinking is must easier this way with the spar cap acting as doubler.
Besides that it was my birthday! My girlfriend arranged a beautifull cake with the VAF LowLands Wing emblem.
