Upgrade the tank with two tank clips and frangible bolts. Removed the sender plate from the fuel tank assembly with a sharpened putty knife. Removed the cured tank sealant with 3M Roloc 2" abresive wheel (didn't need any MEK), will take about 20 minutes to clean the mating surfaces. Drilled the tank clips. Made a plate for the fuel return line AN832-4D bulkhead fitting to avoid that the fitting turns when fastened (will cause leaks). Rinsed the tank with water. After drying installed the clips and sender plate again.
