Deburring new the canopy ribs, upper fwd fuse doubler and the upper forward fuselage skin.
After dimpling the old parts with the #8 dimple I discovered some cracks around the holes. Just to be sure I ordered new parts. This time I predrilled the holes with a #18 drill instead of a #19 drill. Much better. At the flanges of the canopyribs the nutplate holes need to be countersunk. This time I used a doubler for countersinking. Works very good.
