Marked top of both channels with bushing block held against upper longerons and pilot’s channel where it goes behind flap motor gusset. Trimmed channels where marked for bushing block and 10 mm width at top to 20 mm at bottom taper to full width at attach point. Trimmed flange for bushing block. Both sides. Reinstalled both channels with clecos. Trimmed seat back flange for torque tube bushing clearance. Both sides. Located slot for center latch. Remove center rivet and drilled two 5/8 inch holes and connect them for the slot. Located both bushings and drilled pilot holes. Also drilled holes on pilot's side for handle.
