There was initially an interface issue with tools. Improved connection indicater no leaks.

TXPSCERT: Transponder and transponder automatic altitude reporting system have been tested as required by FAR 91.4111/413 and found to comply with FAR 43. App E and F. 3. SSCERT: Static system was tested as required by FAR 91.411 and found to comply with FAR 43. App E.
