Brief Description: apply sika to windscreen - fuse intersection
This turned out to be a challenging task to get the sika to lay down smoothly, fill the gaps and maintain sharp edges all at the same time. Will need some trimming and maybe another layer after it cures. Also planning on testing some automotive pinstriping tape along the edges to get maximum edge sharpness. Overall looks pretty cool compared with traditional layed up glass fairing.
Also reinstalled the canopy track and canopy. Waxed canopy rails - nice smooth operation
