Brief Description: elevator counterweight arms rework cont.
After much experimenting and head scratching, camp up with a good rework plan. Cut arm ribs in half, aligned properly, then fabricated doublers for each side, plus a spacer for the inside. When finished this should perfectly align arms while elevator trailing edge also remains aligned. WIll require some cherry max rivets. Strength should be better than original with 2 doublers.
Now that one arm is modified we will clamp it in place and do the other one to match (split the gap difference between L and R arms).
