This turned out to be a bit of a challenge. The new gray painted parts (they used to be translucent) render van's instructions useless since you cant see drilling marks through the paint. After one botched attempt, came up with a bench method that got the job done. Challenge is to get the hinge positioned so as to eliminate twist (very bad for aerodynamics!) and also minimize trailing edge gap. Countersunk the rivet holes slightly oversize and filled with epoxy/micro so it will sand out nicely with hopefully no rivets showing through.
