Brief Description:  Finished anti-corrosion and began riveting VS

I completed the anti-corrosion steps for the VS using seal #2. I discovered I have been too agressive using it and it only needs a thin coat brushed on to the surface. I have been using the black foam brushes that you can get at home depot for 30 or 40 cents each. Seems to work very well. I think I will get a heat gun because the hair dryer I am using to dry the seal is a bit slow. I also began riveting the rear spar together. I have discovered that I don't have the hand strength to effectively squeeze the 1/8 rivets so I am going to break down and get a pneumatic squeezer. Also, Vans seems to have shorted me at least 4 AN426AD4-7 rivets as I ran out while doing the spar. the first set of rivets went pretty well. Used the flush set on the rivet gun and it seemed to go pretty well. I think I did about 20 or so rivets tonight. Next is the AN470's which I haven't had much practice with yet.
