I fitted and trimmed the fiberglass leading edge material to the ailerons. I had to do some fine fitting of the false ribs. They all held the leading edge slightly proud of the ribs. I used a dremel tool to widen the concave curve slightly to fit the aileron spar . When the hysol is dry I’ll sand the rib caps to smooth the transition to the fiberglass (step 8). Then I’ll relieve the fiberglass material around the hinges and bell cranks (step 9).
