I re-installed the horizontal stabilizer and elevator. The stabilizer went on pretty easily. I had all the flying wires marked with the number of spacing washers and their locations. The elevator was a little more difficult. When I covered the plane I didn’t make the access opening for the elevator control horn large enough and I had to make install the hardware from the access opening on the bottom of the fuselage. What should have taken about an hour and half took a day and a half. It was a real struggle. I set the elevator controls between the sticks in the cockpit to the elevator and achieved the range of movement specified in the build manual. All the elevator control rod ends are secured with locknuts.
