Today I mounted the aileron pulleys to the aft wing spars. I used the dremel tool to remove some of the rib cap to make thepulleys fit. I located the pulley brackets using the technique suggested in the build manual. I found that the line between the upper aileron control arm and the pulley would cause the cable to rub against the rib web if installed as described in the build manual. I called the factory (again) and spoke to Scott. He said to move the upper pulley away from the rib web just enough to make clearance on the rib web and install it there. All four brackets were riveted with adhesive.
