The wing metal leading edge option came with my kit, however I did not receive written instructions. I called Jak at the factory . He said I should have received the written instructions and then told me how to do the installation on the phone. I fitted the metal to the wing by setting it in place and then sliding it down until the front edge of the metal made contact with the front spar. I trimmed the material so one end overlapped the fuel tank about one third of the way to the opening for the filler cap . The other end is flush with the outer edge of #9 rib cap. After measuring to make sure it was straight, I clamped the rear of the metal to the ribs and taped the front edge to the front wing spar with fiber re -enforced tape. I turned the wing over and marked the locations of all the ribs and false ribs on the bottom of the metal. After turning the wing upright I removed the clamps on the back edge, and folded the metal over with the front edge still attached to the spar by the tape. In preparation for adhesive bonding I abraded all the locations previously marked where the metal will be attached to the ribs and false ribs, as well as the area where the front edge contacts the spar. I’ll finish the installation tomorrow, I have to go buy a couple of more clamps
