I had the tabs for securing the aluminum boot cowls welded on the airframe. The areas in front of the doors are normally covered with fabric. However I chose to use aluminum panels so it would make access to the back of the panel and the rudder pedals easier. I fabricated the panels back in May but just got around to have the tabs welded on now that I’m getting closer to cover the fuselage with fabric. I'll install anchor nuts on the tabs later.
