Instaled vertical Stabilazer. Reamed rudder hinge bushings. The build manual says to use an extended reach 3/16" reamer. Iused a standard reamerr. Using a bench grinder I made two flat spots on each side near the end so I could hold the reamerwith needle nose vice grips. By slowly working the reamer back and forth I was able to ream out all the hinge bushings without the need of an extended reamer. Aligned and installed Rudder.
4/16/14 Drilled and reamed hole in forward socket and front leg of fin and temporalry secured with bolt. The photo in the manual shows this hole drilled from side to side. The factory now recommends drilling this hole from front to rear. If it is drilled side to side the bolt and nut may press against the fabric when the plane is covered. .
