I sanded and cleaned the rest of the fuselage then put on three cross coats of white EcoPrime. I had a some small runs coming off the pinked tape edges on the center longeron after the second cross coat. I think I got the spray gun too close since the side of the fuselage angles out there compared to the top and bottom longeron. I lightly sanded the runs and set the spray gun fan a quarter turn wider prior to the third cross coat. I was a little more careful about the distance from the spary gun to the surface. The runs are barely noticeable and the primer looks pretty good.
