Today I located the position of the aileron and flap hinges and bell cranks. This involved more precise measurements and took quite a while. The manual says to secure the parts to the forward spars with hose clamps. I found that by first securing them with masking tape I could make small changes in the position of the parts without any slippage. I then secured them with the hose clamps for drilling. I still have to drill out the pivot points for the 5/16” bushings. I’ll do that tomorrow on a friend’s drill press. Then I’ll mount all the parts.
