Brief Description: Flop Tube Interference Bracket - Left Tank
What a pain it was to install this simple bracket. After thinking I had done a 4.0 job on this, I discovered that the flop tube could still get hung up at the top of the bracket. Not sure how much the tube actually bends in the tank, but I must consider the extreme G's when doing aerobatics (not me btw). In pic 3 you see how I shortened the bracket. I think this is fine, but you can still bend the flop tube and get it wedged in there. Thinking about it, that's true no matter how I fabricate and install.
Will do some more research to see if this is okay or not.
