Brief Description:  Trim Tab End Caps

Good day at the hangar:

- Talked ot Bill Marse for a while. Watched him fire up the Ag-Cat and take it up. Interesting guy. Met "Dan" the retired Treasury Dept. security guy.

- Tired of waiting for pre-made end-cap spars from Vans. Decided to build them myself. Saw a tip on the internet to use the bending-tool (can't remember name for some reason). Worked like a champ!! Made one for each end of spar, thereby eliminating the set created for the previous tab.

- Dimpled end-caps using the confined-space dimple tool mounted on workbench. Good investment from Cleveland Tools!!

- Primed all parts using Zinc-Chromate Green spray can. Could not see mixing up a batch of the good stuff for just these few parts.

- Started riveting. Using both AN426 flat heads, along with some MK319-BS pull rivets. Will go back and fill in the hole on the pulled rivets so it shouldn't look too bad.

Overall great night. Left hangar around midnight.
