Brief Description: Brake Installation & Tailwheel Drive Link
Finished the brake installation tonight. Cut the cable housings to length, routed the cable through and to the wheels and tightened and adjusted everything. I will need to put a bushing or grommet on the firewall pass through for the cables and probably do more adjustments, but the brakes are essentially done.
I had considered modifying the tailwheel drive but decided to save time and go with the plans solution. Many builders have replaced the solid ends with heim joints to reduce the wear and tear on the rudder horn. I'll try this and change later if it looks like it needs it.
