Brief Description:  Moving the Project

Well, the Army in its infinite wisdom decided to transfer me from Fort Rucker to a new assignment at Fort Knox, KY. This is going to prevent me from coming home every weekend as is now the case, so I decided to move the project to KY.

I lucked out and found a house with a hangar on the Vine Grove, KY airport (70KY). The landlord keeps his C152 in the hangar but there is plenty of room to nestle the project in as well.

Today was moving day, and with a borrowed truck (thanks Wiley) and a new trailer I got it strapped down and ready for the six hour drive north. However, it was a heartbreaking day. As we were loading the plane the prop dug into the ramp on the trailer and damaged the tip. Made me physically sick. I'll have to send it back to Sensenich for repairs.
