Another change of direction. I purchased an iFly GPS and decided to forego installing the MGL Xtreme EMS in the center hole. The iFly GPS will fit in the space even though it is larger. To mount it I'm using the hole cover I made and modifiying it to accept the iFly RAM mount. The slot will also allow for a power cable and the antenna cable to pass through the panel rather than hanging down and around in the cockpit for a much cleaner install. I can still remove the GPS and take it home for updates, flight planning, and storage.
