Short work day today. We are meeting my brother and his wife in Columbus, GA tomorrow as they are stopping on their way from England to California to see their first granddaughter.
So I decided to look ahead in the plans a bit and do something small and simple and I decided to work on the fuel filler box and upper firewall. I DO NOT LIKE STAINLESS STEEL!!! This stuff is hard to drill, hard to cut, hard to deburr yet it easily and cleanly slices open the skin on your fingers. I actually had to clean blood off the metal a couple of times. Didn't want it to develop rust spots from the blood.
I also spent some time deburring the edges of the turtledeck formers.
