Assembled the parts for the right counter balance and then pilot drilled the right aileron skin and ribs. Got the tip rib to fit better than the left aileron, but still not quite right. Will have to mull this one over for a while before I decide if I want to make two new ribs and try again. Purely cosmetic, but it will always be in sight on the end of each wing.
Maybe next weekend I can get this resolved and finish both ailerons. These are the smallest of the control surfaces, yet the most complex. I'm ready to get these done an behind me and start building the fuselage.
