Not much work tonight, but the major accomplishment was getting the aileron balance weights cut out. A single block of 1" thick lead needed to be cut in half to make two mirror images. The new bandsaw handled it like it was cutting though butter. A 6 tpi blade with liberal amounts of Boelube applied. I stopped twice during the cut to re-lube the blade but I think it would have been OK to go through without stopping.
Anyway, they came out looking great.
Also began the cut work on the left aileron skin. Rather than using snips to make the compound miter cuts I used my Dremel cut off wheel in my air drill. This worked really well and left a cut line that was really easy to clean up.
