Was actually able to do some of this work during the week in Ozark. I had all of the lumber needed there so I cut all of the 2X4 and cut out the blanks for the gussets. Today, I finished cutting the gussets to final size with all of the angle cuts and assembled the cradle. Really simple and I had everything on hand except the casters, which I bought at Harbor Freight a couple of weeks ago.
The rest of the day was spent cleaning out the other side of the garage so that I can get this thing in there without it getting damaged.
