Finished deburring all of the holes in the leading edge skin and ribs and started dimpling. I had read a lot of issues other builders have had using the super simple dimple dies so I wasn't sure what to expect. Everything went well. I think if you use a nail that doesn't fit the hole then that allows the dies to shift off center. I didn't have that problem since the nail was a tight fit in the hole.
I did break a couple of nails so I will have to wait until the local Ace Hardware opens in the morning to find the right size nail since none of the ones I have fit. It appears to be an 8 penny nail, but nothing is quite right and like the nails that came with the dies.
