Finished deburring everything except the backside of the LE skin, but I decided to go ahead and rivet the aft skins. Riveted the top skin first then installed the aileron pushrods before attaching the bottom skin.
Karole didn't seem too happy that I asked her for the swimming pool noodle so that I could cut it up for use as a bumper on the end of the pushrod.
My $39 Harbor Freight riveter is starting to give me problems. I cleaned the jaws and made sure it had oil, checked the compressor pressure. All OK, but it now is taking 2-3 pulls to break the mandrel. What a pain. I hope it lasts.
Pushrods installed. Just need to install the cotter pins.
