Spent the day updrilling the leading edge skin and adding the aileron and flap hinges. I left both halves of the hinges joined with the rod to help maintain a straight line and prevent any pre-load.
Also confirmed with Kerry on the best way to drill and dimple the LE. There's lots of opinions on the web, but I thought I'd go to the source. His recommendation was updrill to #31 rather than #30, debur and dimple. No problem, since my drill set has all of the numbered bits.
Now to start taking it all apart to do that nasty job of deburring.
By myself with no help to turn the wing around, so I had to work standing on the spar shipping box.
