Brief Description:  Match drilling ribs to spars

Match drilled and up-drilled all of the left wing ribs to the main and aft spars. Also began fabricating the channels and clips for the aileron bellcrank box.

I broke my TightFit Drill while drilling the ribs. The bit got stuck in one of the holes, causing the gears in the head to strip. I also had to run the drill in reverse to remove the bit which is a no no for the drill which made the stripped gear problem worse. After disassembling the drill gears and adding grease, it still did not work. Ordered the repair kit from the manufacturer. They had the exact parts needed in a repair kit, which indicates that this is a systemic problem with the design.

I could not get any of my other drills into the space at a perfect angle to drill, so I took the TightFit drill extension with the chucking extension and that along with deflecting the ribs slightly gave me enough space to get a right angle on the holes.
