Spent most of the day and night building the left and right elevators. These went togeither easily but the project has now drawn first blood. While checking the deburring on the inside of the skin a bur sliced my right ring finger. So now I know just how important deburring is, no matter how much I hate it and now the project literally has my blood and sweat. I wonder when and where the tears will come to round it out.
Plugging the holes with rivets first, then riveting makes the process go faster rather than insert, rivet and repeat individually.
