Well, my life as a Soldier is coming to an end. I signed out on terminal leave three days ago and will be officially reitired on November 30th. The last few weeks have been very hectic with a major training exercise as well as packing my stuff and getting ready to move the project for a second time.
It was such a pretty day, I rolled "her" outside to take some pics. She looks good even half built!
Thanks to my landlord, Bob Tanguay, at the Vine Grove, KY airport for letting me take over half of his hangar. What a wonderful way to live; house and adjoined hangar on 2700 feet of grass that can take you anywhere you want to go. I'm really going to miss this place and look forward to one day flying in to a Saturday morning EAA event.
