Worked on installing the fuel tank today. This was my first experience with shaping aluminum tubing that makes up the connecting from the tank shut off valve to the firewall fitting. There's not a lot of space between the line, the pedals and the firewall, but I built it as per the plans and it only took two tries to get it right. Very happy with the result.
Some builders have gone to flexible braided lines for this connection due to vibration concerns. I'll give this a try before experimenting/changing from the plans.
