Brief Description: Fabricating and installing seat pan
Ken and his partner Mark were working at the shop so I took the seat pan down to make quick and accurate work on the seat pan bends. It took about a minute and the bends are perfect. Thanks, Ken and Mark.
After returning from the shop it was on to cutting and drilling the hinges for the seat. Three sets. Also made the hinge pins which are cut in half and inserted from the middle. It was a very tight fit for the forward and top, but the bottom set were the toughest to install.
Disassembled everything, deburred, reassembled and riveted. Seat pan completed!
