After completing the control stick and flap handle I went to the other end of plane and installed the horizontal. This was very frustrating due to all of the off on of the assembly to get a good fit of the horizontal skin to the fuselage skin. LOTS and LOTS of filing. Finally got it to slip far enough forward so that the hole would line up with the angles under the shear web. Also had to notch the skin to allow for drilling of the aft two holes.
