Spent today installing the vertical stabilizer. I was worried about the bend in the forward spar but it fit very well. I did however miss making the small cutout in the turtledeck skin. Never saw it on the plans, but it was easily cut out allowing the vertical to drop in nicely. The most time-consuming part is filing the skin to get a good fit between the vertical and the turtledeck. Lots of on and off.
