Paul was over to standby with a fire extinguisher and give advice for my first engine start. Having already completed integrity checks of the fuel system and did a proper engine pre-oiling we were ready. She started right up first try! All parameters were normal except RPM was reading twice as high as it sounded. Easy fix with a configuration change on the D120 EMS. Otherwise, all went very well, no leaks! It was good to get this big milestone over with. The following day we ran it again to check the RPM was accurate and did a few other minor checks.
