Brief Description: Oil Cooler and Engine Baffles - Part 5.
I spent the day fabricating the oil cooler plenum. I used a hinge arrangement for the inboard mounting point with the hopes I will be able to rotate the plenum assembly (with the cooler still attached) allowing access to the inside of the plenum chamber which will let me install or remove a cockpit adjustable shutter system. But, the cooler is probably too thick and its close proximity to the engine mount will likely preclude me from doing this without first removing the cooler from the plenum frame.
