I disassembled the right had aileron and deburred all the holes. Then I clecoed the leading edge skin to the spar and nose ribs to drill the small aft tab which will attach to the counterweight balance pipe. I used a 12" long #30 drill bit to mark its location, then disassembled everything and finished the holes with the C/B pipes clamped onto my work table.
