Brief Description: Installed right tank rear baffle and Z-Brackets.
I started by inspecting each and every internal seam and shop head using a small mirror and a bright light. I marked areas that needed touching up and then mixed up my last 6 oz tube of sealant. Did the few touch up's then following the directions (supplemented by my own notes and checklist) I got the rear baffle in place. I ensured the span wise rivet holes were exactly lined up and 100% clecoed it in place. I set the blind rivets for the ribs and Z-Brackets (bucking solids for the inboard and outboard brackets). This was followed by setting all the span wise rivets. Then I sealed the shop heads on both end ribs, and the blind rivets and cleaned the outside of the tank and my tools with MEK.
