I finished my homemade bending brake for the aileron skins. This is version 2.0, hoping to improve upon the one I made for the empennage. I painted the lumber soon after cutting, to prevent the wood from warping. I clamped the two halves together and centered the piano hinge then secured it in place with screws. Then I attached some long handles for better leverage. The bottom half is a bit longer and I will use the extra length to C-Clamp the whole unit to the work table. I finished up by doing another million countersinks on the main spar.
