Brief Description: Left wing leading edge tank joint plate.
I back drilled the W-408-1 Leading edge rib to the main spar of the left wing then slipped the tank joint plate in position. I deburred the edges of W-423 first so it went in pretty easily. I back drilled all the holes and placed a cleco in each as I went along. Then I went ahead and reamed out all the other nose rib to leading edge skin holes. I know I went a bit out of order here and I will go back a step and drill the wing walk doublers and then match drill the main wing skins to the main ribs after that.
