Brief Description:  Finished preparing the right hand ribs.

I finally finished the tedious task of deburring the edges and holes on all the right hand ribs. Then I used the hand seamer to angle the flanges to 90 degrees and finished them off with the fluting pliers. I assembled the right hand wing and labelled the ribs for proper spar position. One thing to note is when you are installing the right hand wing ribs you have to use the opposite 'hand' that is specified on plan 9A (which is for the left wing layout). For example, when working on the right wing and the plan indicates rib W-711-L you actually need to use W-711-R for that same position. The other thing I learned was that I really spent way too much time aligning the rivet holes with the fluting pliers when on the empennage kit. I read forum posts that it should only take about 1 minute or so per rib to get it to lie down flat (when you hold it against the work surface). The best way I found to do this is to lay the rib on the table with the flanges facing up then flute the spot which has the most space between the table and the spar web first (usually the middle of the rib). Then work outwards in both directions from there. Not all spots need a flute, only if it doesn't sit flush to the table with light hand pressure holding it down flat.
