Brief Description: Taxi light installtion - Part 3.
With Sean's help I match drilled the holes in the leading edge wing skin to the taxi light plexi lens. Then I enlarged them carefully with a uni-bit and countersunk the holes to accommodate the wing skin dimples. I installed the lens to check for fit I noticed that there was a lip at the leading edge of the lens that prevents it from seating tightly against the inside of the wing. I can't just sand off the lip because I have already drilled the attachment holes. I'm going to order another lens from Duckworks and try again.
