Brief Description: Landing light installtion - Part 4.
I covered the lens cover with masking tape for protection then marked lines for trimming. I warmed up the piece with a heat gun on low and used a reciprocating saw with about 16 teeth per inch to trim it down to proper size. I rounded the corners then smoothed all the edges with progressively finer wet sandpaper. I installed a handle out of reinforced strapping tape as per the instructions to finish up for the day.
